Returns

You may return most unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags, original packaging, and no signs of use.

Return approval may be required prior to shipping back; please contact us to request a return.
Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Final Sale Items & Digital Downloads
Certain products and digital classes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or energetic reasons (e.g., smudge tools, sprays, personal care items, tarot/rune decks once opened). These will be clearly marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
