Blackbird House Online Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blackbird House. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags, original packaging, and no signs of use.

  • Return approval may be required prior to shipping back; please contact us to request a return.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Final Sale Items & Digital Downloads

Certain products and digital classes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or energetic reasons (e.g., smudge tools, sprays, personal care items, tarot/rune decks once opened). These will be clearly marked as Final Sale.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide.
